Founded in 1995, Clear Carbon and Components (C3) has a 15,000 square foot facility located in Bristol, Rhode Island producing high-end composite components for a wide variety of industries.
Experienced professionals are equipped to take your composite projects through all phases of design to commercial production in just weeks. We have a skilled in-house engineering staff and expert composite techs with decades of experience.
In addition to our staff, we have both three and five axis CNC automated machining capabilities that gives us the ability to create our own tooling and develop new processing technologies. This allows C3 to be a very nimble company with a wide range of capabilities.

Matt founded Clear Carbon & Components in 1995
Mike Donahue – General Manager
Mike began his career in 2001 at Clear Carbon and Components (C3). He learned the business from the
ground up and in 2006 took over as shop manager. Mike’s responsibilities have grown with the business. Currently, he is Operations Manager at C3, which is heavily invested in lean manufacturing and constant improvement. In 2019 Mike was responsible for implementing C3’s quality management system to achieve AS9100 certification.
Ben Quay – Engineering Manager
