Design
- With our engineering team, C3 will take your idea for a product and turn it into a reality using various software’s such as SolidWorks design software. C3 will work with you during the design process insuring that your product is tailored to your exact specifications.
Prototype

Immediately following the design element of your product we will make a prototype using our 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machines. This prototype will be an exact version of the digital 3D model made in our design program. Here we will validate our design and production concepts.
Production

Once your idea has been engineered and a prototype has been created and approved by everyone involved. Your project will enter the full-scale commercial production portion of the build process. Here our team of highly skilled and dedicated fabricators create your product with the utmost precision to ensure high quality builds for every component in your project.
Consulting
Clear Carbon and Components offers manufacturing engineering services on a limited basis to clients looking to improve their manufacturing processes. Service provided depends on the client’s needs. It can be as simple as a one-time evaluation of current practices and recommendations for improvements.
